Required qualification: Engineering degree from Technical University or related education or experience to meet the requirements. Seasoned sales experience with 5+ years of related experience, in Turbomachinery industries or rotating equipment. Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of customer satisfaction orientation. Very good knowledge of rotating equipment or turbomachinery or processes related them. Demonstrated sales success. Ability to communicate effectively and influence key decision makers at all levels of the business. Demonstrated ability to present and close proposals and establish MAN Energy Solutions as the customers winning supplier. Knowledge of the local market. Detailed understanding of business both technical and commercial. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in English & Czech language. Ability to travel within Europe (>25%). Driving license B. Job description: Managing and coordinating customer care and service business for the entire turbomachinery industry across the allocated countries. Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits), follow up on open payments. Active acquisition of new customers, maintenance of relationships with existing customers and the generation of new leads, e.g. in CRM. Initial analysis of customer enquiries, pre-selection of products and proposal of suitable solutions including coordination of the scope of supply with customers. Win new / reactivate customers with a systematic approach / and get understanding and agreement on general terms and conditions. Building customers relationships from prospecting to closing / foster relationship. Regional coordination between customers and Production sites in Germany & Switzerland and other locations. Collecting & communicating market intelligence / competitors activities, project opportunities. Developing and implementing marketing plans for the allocated countries, presentation of products and solutions to customers and/or trade fairs and conferences.
